About Us
Chancery Lane is a street in London linked closely to the legal profession since mediaeval times.Chancery Lane is the traditional home of the solicitors profession in England and Wales. Located in central London, the street has links to the legal profession dating back hundreds of years. There are a number of solicitors' firms and sets of barristers' chambers located in the area.
The Law Society in England and Wales is based in the street, and the term "Chancery Lane" is often used to describe directives coming from the Law Society by a range of legal journals including the Law Society Gazette.
The Chancery Lane Legal Job Board has been established since 2003.
