We are a rapidly growing niche law firm with a strong employment law practice and we are looking for a business focused employment lawyer. Our clients are entrepreneurs, senior executives, directors and business people.
To keep up with the rate of new business we are generating we need a full time business focused employment lawyer to join our employment law team. This is a unique opportunity to join a law firm with a growing reputation for top end work.
What are we looking for?
You will be at associate or partner level running a busy portfolio of contentious and non-contentious employment law work. Typical instructions range from directors' service agreements, compromise agreements, unfair dismissal claims, bonus payments, dismissals, discrimination cases through to issues arising on business acquisitions and sales, TUPE, management buy outs and administrations.
Qualities we are looking for are:
- confidence
- able to work with minimum supervision
- enjoy managing a large number of matters
- work well under pressure
- empathy with clients
- self-starter.
We need someone who understands business and enjoys business. This means that you must be astute and have the eye for creating new business opportunities. Gravitas is a must. The role is full time.
