| Job Title: *** Commercial Lawyer - 2-4 PQE - up to £45 000 *** |
| Description |
The main responsibilities of the role will incorporate the following:
Drafting and negotiating all commercial contracts to include purchasing, design and development, supply, logistics and distribution agreements.
Advising on a range of international intellectual property matters such as licenses, cease and dispute issues, possible management of the European trademark portfolio and general disputes
Other areas you should expect to be involved in include advertising, franchising, internal training of colleagues and the management of external advisors.
In order to be considered for the role you will need to have a minimum of 3 years PQE, trained and qualified at a well regarded commercial practice and have working experience in two key areas, commercial contracts and intellectual property.
