| Job Title: *** Employment Associate - 4+ PQE UP TO £70 000 *** |
| Description |
The role will involve:
- Drafting and revising employment contracts, policies and handbooks
- Advising on a wide variety of employment issues including contract matters, unfair dismissal, redundancy and benefit packages.
- Advising on restrictive covenants
- Advising on tax aspects of employment law
- Advising on employment aspects of commercial transactions including TUPE, employee indemnities and warranties. Preparing due diligence reports on employment issues/aspects
The successful applicant will have solid academics and UK qualification and 4-5 PQE. The applicant must have the flexibility and initiative to take on new matters independently and be able to fit into the team quickly. Individuals must be committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with a mix of clients.
