| Description |
Subject to supervision, you will be responsible for the overall conduct of your own volume of Mortgage Repossession files and to receive new instructions. You will be responsible for setting up files, maintaining database records, requesting further information and advising strategy as appropriate.
The successful applicant will have the minimum of the LPC/BVC and at least 12 months experience dealing with litigation and in particular mortgage repossession cases.
