| Description |
Your caseload will be wide ranging, including nuisance, fires, floods, damage to buildings, subrogated claims, restitution, product liability, contractual disputes (with a developing practice in the aviation field), breach of warranty and indemnity claims, insurance coverage and serious personal injury. The ideal candidate will have proven defendant experience, and will be expected to assist on a heavy caseload of general commercial litigation matters. Knowledge of personal injury would also be beneficial. This is an excellent opportunity to move into a the commercial insurance sector.
