| Description |
THE ROLE
A specialist healthcare advisory lawyer at least 3 years PQE is required to assist a busy team in providing support on issues including regulatory and governance related issues.
You will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of areas, including the whole of the primary care practitioner list management and regulatory process.
The role will involve working with a team both locally and across the country experience of NHS work is essential.
THE INDIVIDUAL
· 3+ years PQE in healthcare regulatory work/NHS specific law
· Ability to advise senior directors in the NHS
· Ability to manage one's own caseload
· Knowledge of the NHS list management process
· Knowledge of procedures before the family health services appeal authority
· Ability to handle judicial review cases and advocacy
