| Job Title: *** Commercial Litigation Lawyer - 2+ PQE - up to £45 000 *** |
| Description |
Handling around 3000 live cases with a debt value of £200 million, our residential mortgage litigation and sales team is recovering debts from mortgage consumers, with our work ranging from the routine undefended to the large complex cases.
This opportunity will involve the successful candidate carrying out client instructions in relation to professional negligence claims, defended mortgage possession claims, unsecured debt recovery and miscellaneous commercial litigation, to an expected time-scale and costs estimate. Knowledge of landlord and tenant litigation / payment protection insurance litigation would be an advantage but not essential.
To be successful in this role you are likely to have previous commercial experience, be a team player, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic about client service and business development.
You should also have the ability to work on your own initiative. This is an unrivalled opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team at an exciting time.
