| Description |
A permanent post is available in Colchester for a family solicitor working for a well regarded and partially LSC funded practice dealing with children law work, including care matters, but not solely restricted to this area of family law. Ideally wanting someone able to assist with education law as well - would suit someone coming from a local authority background. The firm are looking for someone to join on a temporary basis to start with a permanent contract being offered to the right person. Candidates must have Judicial Review experience a minimum 3 years PQE, SQM qualification and membership of Child Law Panel is desirable. The practice is committed to its LSC work.
May be worth discussing with us if not panel member nor LSC supervisor as the firm may still be interested dependent on experience. |
