Corporate Solicitor is required to join a leading law firm. You will focus on advising on a mixed case load of Corporate law to include Commercial joint ventures, Mergers and acquisitions, Preparation of private placing memorandums, Setting up off-shore companies and related structuring and tax advice and Drafting commercial and service agreements. The work is fast-paced and demanding with plenty of scope for personal development and the successful applicant will have an outstanding opportunity to develop a profile in this specialist field. The successful applicant will have significant experience, strong communication, presentation and marketing skills, a confident manner and a hardworking and flexible approach. This reputable firm are well known as they have built a reputation for providing an innovative and high quality service. The successful person will be well supported, with a solid infrastructure and high calibre colleagues, and you will be joining a firm that is growing its successful Litigation team.
This role would suit a experienced Solicitor or FILEX, with a wealth of experience in Corporate/Finance/Banking Law. This firm is offering an excellent package.
