Overview – Leading Irish Financial Institution
Our market leading client has a current requirement for an In-House Senior Funds Advisor to join their Dublin based team.
The role requires a qualified solicitor or barrister with a number of years post qualification experience in the funds industry. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to grow the business within acceptable risk parameters.
What will you need to offer?
* Strong leadership, influencing and people management skills.
* Understanding of fund documentation for investment fund clients
* Experience in drafting and negotiating service agreements (including Irish regulated funds, exchange traded funds, hedge funds and property funds)
* Proven ability to provide applied legal advice in a commercial context
* Strong academic background and technical skills, with a thorough understanding of legislative framework
* Drive and energy
* Familiarity with current legal and regulatory developments within the financial services sector.
