A vacancy has arisen for a Civil Litigation Solicitor within a Weston Super Mare practice. This is an opportunity to join a thriving and progressive firm offering a broad range of legal services. The firm is looking to expand its Civil Litigation Department with the addition of a further Solicitor to join the litigation team. The firm are seeking a candidate with one to four years PQE but newly qualified candidates may be considered.

The successful candidate will have gained good, relevant experience with a regional or well established local practice and will have drive and good client handling and communication skills. The vacancy will involve an interesting case load including often complex cases including commercial litigation, a wide range of property litigation including landlord and tenant matters, contentious probate and contractual disputes and there will be an opportunity for the candidate to develop specialisms within these areas.
